Order Changes & Cancellations
We get it—sometimes things change. You can cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will likely be processing and we can’t guarantee changes.
- Cancel within 24 hours: Full refund processed in 7 business days
- Cancel after 24 hours: Order may already be on its way and can’t be stopped

Damaged Items
We take extra care in packing each order, but if your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@kindipaws.com
- Include clear photos of the damage
- If eligible, we'll replace it at no cost to you
Note: Cosmetic packaging damage (like a dented box) does not count as product damage. Items damaged from misuse, normal wear and tear, pet damage or not following care instructions are not eligible for returns or replacements.

Shipping & Delivery
While we do our best to deliver quickly, we can’t control unexpected courier delays, customs holds, or lost/stolen packages.
If your tracking shows issues, contact the courier first, then email us if you need further assistance.
